The public website is a static site. It has no site-hosted contact form, user account, newsletter signup, advertising tracker, or payment flow. The main content and navigation work without client-side JavaScript.
Contacting Systera by email
If you email Systera, you choose what information to provide. This may include your name, work email address, organization, role, and the content of your message. We use it to understand and respond to the inquiry, decide whether and how to continue the conversation, and manage any resulting business relationship.
Access is limited to people working for Systera and service providers who need it for email, security, administration, or the resulting business relationship. We retain correspondence according to whether it is still needed to answer the inquiry, manage that relationship, resolve a dispute, protect the service, or meet an obligation that applies to us. We review and remove information when those purposes no longer require it.
Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or regulated business information in an initial email. We can agree an appropriate channel and controls if a later discussion requires it.
Scheduling through Microsoft Bookings
“Discuss a workflow” opens a Microsoft-hosted Bookings page in a new tab. No Bookings code or booking data is loaded on systera.ai before you choose that link.
On the Bookings page, Microsoft may receive the information requested for the appointment, such as your name, work email, company, role or department, scheduling choices, and a short description of the workflow or objective. Microsoft states that Bookings data is stored within the Microsoft 365 platform and Exchange. Microsoft’s terms and privacy information apply on that service.

Cloudflare Web Analytics
Systera uses Cloudflare Web Analytics throughout the site. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics is a privacy-first service. It collects a minimum set of timing metrics, does not collect or use visitors’ personal data, and does not track individual users across customer websites. The service provides aggregate information such as page activity, referrers, geography, devices, and real-user performance.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal data.
